Customers are responsible for providing a complete recipient name and accurate delivery information.
Available products are ordinarily prepared for dispatch within one to four business days unless another period is displayed.
Estimated transit time begins after the parcel has been accepted by the applicable delivery provider.

Displayed delivery periods are estimates intended for general planning and are not guaranteed arrival appointments. Weather, public holidays, customs procedures, transportation interruptions, carrier congestion, remote-area service, and local conditions may affect arrival.
