Stowvexa™ reviews eligible return requests submitted within 30 days after the recorded delivery date.
Returned items should normally be unused, clean, complete, and free from marks, odors, or damage occurring after receipt.
Original packaging, tags, protective materials, inserts, removable parts, and included accessories should be returned where available.
Customers must contact the store and obtain the applicable return instructions before sending any product.

The request should identify the order, product, and reason for return. Photographs may be required when the concern involves visible damage, a faulty closure, missing components, an incorrect item, or a possible production issue.
Products worn or carried beyond a brief fit and function check may not qualify for a preference-based return. Items that have been personalized, engraved, shortened, altered, washed, stained, stretched, or exposed to cosmetics may also be excluded where permitted.
For hygiene reasons, grooming accessories and products that have had direct or prolonged contact with the body may not qualify for preference-based returns after use or removal of a protective seal.
These limitations do not remove applicable remedies for goods delivered damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order.
After an approved return is received and inspected, the matter may be resolved through a refund, replacement, or another appropriate remedy. Return transportation may remain the customer’s responsibility when the request results from preference, inaccurate measurements, unsuitable capacity, or incorrect product selection.
